What to expect when you work with us: When you call or email, we will respond promptly, maintain good communication, and do what we say we will do. We will collect payment and job site information from you when you call to schedule the work. We will show up in the time window that we told you, or let you know if something changes. When the plumber is onsite, they will review the problem with you, write up a bid based on what you want to be done, answer your questions, and have you sign the bid if you choose to move forward with the work. We charge a call-out fee depending on how far away the job is. Payment is due at the time of service. For larger jobs, such as remodels, we will invoice you as different phases of the job are complete.
